Accessibility
StopCount is built for the people who keep last-mile delivery moving — and that includes drivers, dispatchers, owners, and property staff who use assistive technology every day. We work to make our marketing site and product usable by everyone.
Our commitment
StopCount is committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the marketing site at stopcount.com and the StopCount Drop product. We treat accessibility as an ongoing engineering practice rather than a one-time audit, and we weigh it alongside performance, security, and usability whenever we design and ship.
Conformance is a target we work toward continuously. As we add features and update content, some areas may temporarily fall short of that standard. When they do, we want to hear about it.
What we do
- —Semantic HTML. Pages are built with meaningful headings, landmarks, lists, and form labels so the structure is clear to screen readers and other assistive tools.
- —Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements — navigation, dropdowns, forms, and links — are reachable and operable using a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
- —Screen reader support. Form fields use programmatic labels, images include descriptive alt text, and dynamic states (loading, success, error) are announced to assistive technology.
- —Color and contrast. The StopCount palette is tuned to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios for body text and interactive elements against our dark backgrounds. We do not use color alone to convey meaning.
- —Responsive and zoom-friendly. Layouts reflow cleanly down to small screens and up to 200% browser zoom without loss of content or functionality.
- —Motion respect. Animations are subtle and decorative; we honor the operating-system reduced-motion preference where motion is used.
Reporting an accessibility issue
If you encounter content or a feature on our site or product that is difficult to use with assistive technology, please let us know. Send a description of the issue, the page or screen where it occurred, and the assistive technology and browser or device you were using to hello@stopcount.com. We aim to respond within one business day and to provide a fix or workaround as quickly as we reasonably can.
When you reach out, we will treat your report as a high-priority bug, not a feature request.
